DUSTRATO garments are not mass commodities. Each silhouette is drafted, hand-milled, and allocated under strict volumetric ceiling limits. By checking out, you bind yourself to these terms.

Drop Allocations, Batch Caps & Cart Holds
1.1: Strict 100-piece cap
All silhouettes produced under the DUSTRATO designation operate under an irrevocable batch limit of strictly one hundred (100) numbered garments per drop. Once met, pattern dyes and screens are retired to our Chennai archive. No restocks, repeat production, or overruns shall ever be milled.
1.2: 15-minute allocation hold
Adding an article to your bag locks that unit for exactly fifteen (15) minutes. If checkout is not completed in this window, the unit returns to the public drop pool.
1.3: Anti-bot & household ceiling
Maximum two (2) garments per patron, address, or payment identity per drop. Orders using robotic scripts, spoofed proxies, or multi-entry manipulation will be cancelled and blacklisted from future releases.
Pricing, Currency & the 10% Partial-COD Protocol
2.1: Currency & tax inclusion
All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and inclusive of statutory GST as mandated by the Government of India. International cards process at real-time interbank rates via RBI-approved gateways. The price at checkout is final.
2.2: The 10% Partial-COD advance
DUSTRATO does not offer unconditional Cash on Delivery. Patrons selecting COD must remit an immediate non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the order value via UPI or digital banking at checkout.
2.3: Non-refundable reserve
The 10% deposit covers reverse transit insurance and priority warehouse staging. It is non-refundable if you cancel, refuse acceptance, or provide false delivery instructions.
2.4: Prepaid priority dispatch
100% prepaid orders bypass verification queues and ship same-day via BlueDart Air or Delhivery Priority Air. We do not offer order cancellations once an order is placed: please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video Protocol
All transit damage, missing component, or flaw claims are governed exclusively by the continuous 360-degree unboxing video requirement.
- 3.1: Unbroken single take: record before breaking the factory tamper-evident seals, capturing all six sides of the sealed parcel in clear lighting.
- 3.2: Label & seal focus: the video must show a readable close-up of the courier waybill, batch serial barcodes, and unbroken security tape before opening.
- 3.3: Seven-day deadline: claims with the original uncompressed file must be filed via our contact form within exactly seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Sizing Responsibility & Zero Returns
4.1: Strict zero returns policy
We hold no auxiliary stock pools: no returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing mismatches, fit discrepancies, or subjective preferences. All purchases are final once dispatched.
4.2: Measurement chart mandate
Millimeter-precise anatomical measurements are documented on every product dossier. Reviewing them before checkout is your sole obligation.
4.3: Fabric density & drape realities
Our proprietary 280 GSM heavyweight fleece is deliberately heavy and architecturally stiff, designed to fall straight without clinging. Density and drape behaviour are artistic characteristics, not defects. Product imagery is illustrative; minor dye, texture, and stitching variations are inherent to manufacturing.
Non-Delivery, RTO & Reshipping Tariffs
5.1: Carrier delivery cycle
Couriers execute up to three (3) verified delivery attempts, with SMS and WhatsApp dispatch pings sent before out-for-delivery staging.
5.2: Mandatory ₹100 reshipping fee
RTO parcels are held at our Chennai archive. Reshipping to an updated address requires an upfront ₹100 payment covering re-manifesting and handling.
5.3: Prepaid RTO deductions (₹300 levy)
Abandoned prepaid RTO orders are refunded minus ₹300 for two-way transit, packaging, and re-cataloguing. Discounted products refund to Website Wallet store credit; non-discounted products refund to the original payment method.
5.4: 21-day hard claim window
RTO parcels must be claimed within twenty-one (21) calendar days, after which garments are decommissioned to archive or released to waitlists.
5.5: Replacement logistics
Approved replacements require you to ship the item back first at your own cost (recommended: India Post) with your name and order number on or inside the parcel. ₹100 is credited to your store wallet after QC approval, and the replacement dispatches within 7 days.
Proprietary Architecture & Anti-Counterfeit
6.1: Exclusive design rights
All zero lateral-seam cuts, architectural drafts, 280 GSM heavy loop structures, typographical lockups, and hand-screened graphics are the sole intellectual property of DUSTRATO GLOBAL INC. and the IIT Madras Prototype Lab consortium.
6.2: Prohibition of reverse milling
Deconstructing, 3D scanning, reverse-engineering pattern cuts, or producing unauthorized derivatives is strictly prohibited.
6.3: Trademark enforcement
Commercial misuse of the DUSTRATO insignia or knock-off production triggers injunctions, statutory damages under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, and customs seizures.
6.4: Acceptable use
No misuse of the storefront, false claims, or abuse of return privileges. We may refuse service and cancel orders for violations or suspected fraud.
Grievance Escalation & Statutory Redressal
7.1: Sovereign jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Madras High Court) exercise sole and exclusive jurisdiction.

7.3: Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dustrato's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or carrier delays.
7.4: Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Strict 100-piece serialized registry
Every unit carries a laser-stamped batch position plaque. No reprints, restocks, or ghost inventory.
Mandatory inspection verification
Continuous 360° unboxing video safeguards collector authenticity and transit integrity on all drops.
Madras High Court jurisdiction
Direct compliance with Ministry of Consumer Affairs guidelines, arbitration seated in Chennai.
